Service Description. This Site describes Formosan Termite Control, Infrared Termite Inspection, Termite Detection Services, Termite Prevention, Tree Termite Treatment, Termite Treatment provided by Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of LA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in LA.

Term Changes. Wilsons Termite and Environmental Service may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
